'United Families and Friends Campaign' (UFFC), a coalition of families and friends of those that have died suspicious circumstances whilst in custody of the police, prison officers or secure psychiatric hospitals had a silent procession down Whitehall to Downing Street where they handed in a letter demanding a public inquiry into their cases.
